The 50 ml pot includes the wonderful Cosmic Shimmer delivery system, the easy-to-use handle incorporates a sponge for easy application. Why not use the polish directly on your stamps? The polish is suitable for most porous surfaces, don't think just card, what about MDF, Pop-Ems and home decor projects.
